Police who shot Jamar Clark will not be charged.
Clark's DNA not on the inside of the cuffs. Blood only on one side of the cuffs, no injuries to the wrist, and Clark's prints all over the officers gun.

IOW a ton of evidence that Clark reached for and got his hands on the gun before being shot and no evidence that he was cuffed.
