for what feels like the the thousandth time, the systems already in place do a very good job of making it 99.9999% fool proof of that very scenario you always brining up doesn't happen. if you want to say "well what about the .0001% you are correct. however I don't think voter suprpression, disenfracnhisment, discouragement or whatever you want to call it of 1000s justify the handful of cases where this happens.

Jeez, enough of the bs already. No vote is being suppressed. Damn, you guys are so full of ****, must be backed up behind your eyeballs. World look brown to you?

I'm sure the same thing was being said about literacy tests back in the day.

If you show up with an ID, you vote. If you show up without an ID, you still vote. Stop the bs. No vote is being suppressed.

Stop trolling fit. Use google.

As I suspected, the answer is no

Any Wisconsin resident who does not presently hold a valid driver license (from Wisconsin or another jurisdiction) may apply for an ID card. You may not hold a valid driver license and an ID card at the same time. If you hold a valid driver license and wish to obtain an ID card, you will be required to surrender your driver license and driving privilege.

There is no age limit to apply for an ID card.

When applying for an original ID card you must visit a DMV customer service center, complete a Wisconsin Identification Card (ID) application MV3004 and provide:

Proof of name and date of birth, for example, a certified U.S. birth certificate, valid passport or certificate of naturalization. (See Document Verification Petition Process if fees arise in order to obtain free ID card for voting).
Proof of identity (usually a document with a signature or photo).
Proof of Wisconsin residency.
Proof of U.S. citizenship, legal permanent resident status, legal conditional resident status or legal temporary visitor status. (See Document Verification Petition Process if fees arise in order to obtain free ID card for voting).
Your social security number.

Pretty damn easy. I bet it takes less than 30 minutes. (Long wait to actually be served at a DMV not withstanding)

Actually, it isn't that easy. What if you don't have a means of transportation? How much does a valid birth certificate cost? What if they misspelled your name on your birth certificate?

WTF? I mean really, is EVERTHING in life supposed to be handed to people? Geeeeeeeeez, it's easy to to a damn ID. The only reason people fight it s because they think it may prevent a few lazy assess from voting their way, not because it's "hard" to actually get something that's already needed for virtually everything.

No everyone wouldn't have one regardless of how easy it is.
They wouldn't because some people are just that lazy or just don't care.

They wouldn't because some people are just that lazy or just don't care.

A stupid blanket assumption is saying that anyone who does not have an ID doesn't have one because they are lazy.

I've already illustrated that many people think they already have the proper identification or don't know how to obtain proper identification, or they don't have the means to get it.

The new Democrat Party - "the party of too stupid or too incompetent to secure an ID to vote". Vote for our policies!!!!

Except that's not at all what he said. (burden =/= impossible)
Again, you need to go back to your ESL classes. You literally just said that "EVERYONE would have one" if it "wasn't a burden."

It's not a burden for me to have a bottle of water on my desk but that doesn't mean I have one. Are you picking up on your stupid yet?

I took what he said as meaning that whomever doesn't have an ID doesn't have one because they are lazy.
