why don't the Tigers wear Penny's 1 cent logo?

Jordan is actually a brand now. It's a Nike owned subsidiary like Converse and Reebok is for Adidas.

The Penny shoes are part of the Nike line.

They have worn his shoes. I think OP was referring to wearing the 1 cent logo on our uniforms and stuff. Latilleon explained the difference, though. Jordan Brand is an actual sub-brand of Nike. Nike simply makes variations of Penny's signatures shoes from his playing days.
