At least for Men's tennis, today's pre-match riceowls.com story said it's 2006:

Not to take away from the men's win but the women's tennis team made it to the Final 16 about 3 or 4 years ago by winning the Mississippi State regional (which featured two wins over top-20 teams in the postseason). That wasn't a top-10 win but was still pretty impressive.

It was a LONG time ago but the women's basketball team upset #9 UCSB on the road in the first round of the 2000 NCAA women's basketball tournament.

I covered the men's tennis team my freshman year for the Thresher. We upset 3rd ranked Stanford in Palo Alto. That was just one highlight of a particularly memorable tennis season.

We were ranked as high as 8th year.
