I don't know the guy. I can only judge him for the job he's done. I've been following local high school basketball and recruiting since I played around Birmingham in the mid 80s. In my opinion, Ehsan has done a very good job at UAB. He's been getting good players that can also stay in school. If you been around UAB basketball a while you know the staying in school part is HUGE. If he continues to recruit at that level and can find a way to get them to give max effort for the full 40, we are gonna be where we want to be competitively.

A lot of great coaches are pricks. I don't care about his personality nearly as much as the product he puts on the floor.

Ehsan would be a good choice but I also think we can attract other good candidates. This is a huge hire for Ingram and I would be surprised if he rushed it.
