D.J. Stephens last night
The Iowa Energy (23-23) won 108-105 over the Fort Wayne Mad Ants (18-29) Thursday night at Wells Fargo Arena.

The Energy were led by D.J. Stephens with 26 points and nine rebounds.

Retweeted ESPN (@espn):
This might be the sickest dunk of the young year.
And it didn't come from the NBA or the NCAA tournament.

Dj started at the center position. At 6-4 1/2.

Also went 4 of 6 for 3 pointers. Great game!

Ps, the energy also picked up Pierre Henderson niles, who's listed at a svelt 265 pounds.

Too bad he didn't play for a guy who could coach or he would starting in the NBA at center today instead of the D-League. And Pierre would be there right with him.

He looks good. With the way the grizzlies injury luck is going this year, we may need to call him up.

we should anyway.....would easily be our most athletic player and could defend a couple positions

plus it would be cool for him to do that stuff in the FEF

No doubt. Self would have him starting in the NBA. At center. At 6'4".

yeah, okay

Uh oh. You two...are gonna need a room...if this keeps up. 03-lmfao

What's really too bad is that the Grizz didn't draft STephens with their last pick in 2013 instead of that Latvian dude, or whatever cold country he came from. That's when I decided never to be a true Grizz fan--just a bandwagon one.

Congrats to DJ..he ain't got an ounce of quit!!!

DJ will struggle to guard any position in the league.
