Sexton cut in, “I don’t know what that has to do with trying to prevent people from blowing up buses and trying to annihilate —”
By all means, Mr. Jabreal. Explain to us how, in your culture, beheading people of different faiths is an appropriate thing to do. Or the total subjugation of women. Or setting off explosive amid people minding their own business.
Explain away. Lay it down for us. I'm all ears.

My ex girlfriend studies Islam in college and she and I had heated debates about it. She told me that you can't use an English translation of the Koran as a negative because it was not supposed to be translated into other languages. I told her that was a cheap cop-out. I supposed I should have said that then you cannot use any translation as a positive for Islam since the Koran shouldn't be translated.
I am glad I dumped her. Frumpy, chubby and thought Sharia Law was fine to live under.
Someone should put a knife to that guys throat and tell him to denounce Muhammad or die. Better yet show him a video of a bus that his wife and daughter just got on being blown up by a suicide bomber or the two of them being repeated raped and held as sex slaves. I wonder what type of tolerance he would have for a religion that treated muslims that way?

Point taken. With that, generally - if you go back and look at when this took place in other religions, you have to go back hundreds of years - the Muslims did it then and continue to do it now.
