This is when your players need you the most. This is the foundation for the future. They will be the ones that lay the groundwork for future success and you need to be just as excited as you will be next year for the new challenge. Magic can still happen.

We fizzled a bit.....but none of us wavered and you saw what happened. You couldn't tell me that the thousands of Georgia Southern fans in Gainesville on November 23, 2013 weren't hyped to support their team, even knowing the mountain we had to climb to win that game. UF still can't believe what hit them.

Most programs do winter conditioning, then spring ball, then S&C training again. App prefers to go straight into spring ball with minimal interruption to the S&C program. The S&C gains we saw last year were impressive enough to repeat the sequence this year.

We had 8 weeks of S&C then Spring Break and now Spring ball.

Probably. I think he coached last year for Colquitt Co. High School. So if someone would have told me that, and he would be interning at GSU. I would have thought the same and be in Statesboro.
