With Basketball Season Officially Over for the AAC...
SMU loses Nic Moore, Markus Kennedy, and Jordan Tolbert.

Newcomers will be:

Semi Ojeleye (6'8" transfer from Duke)

Harry Froling (6'10" 4-star Center from Australia)

Ted Kapita (6'9" 4-star forward)

DaShawn McDowell (6'4" 3-star guard)

Tom Wilson (6'4" guard from Australia)

Questions:

1) Can Shake Milton or someone else step up and claim the PG position?

2) Will the highly touted freshmen be able to adapt to the college game quickly?

SMU is going to be GOOD next year.

I think the Ponies would have made noise this year, but I can see a lot to be excited about for next.

we are ******* screwed unless Lawson and Woodson both come back. If not, we are looking at a sub-10 win season.

If I'm either one of those guys, I'm gone so fast. All you would hear is the door slamming shut behind me.

Nope can't jinx it. Spurs have been great since I stopped posting there.

Especially Woodson. He could be a welcomed graduate transfer in 300 D-1 schools. An athletic(if small) 3 and D guy who is a great teammate. He couldn't go to Duke or Kentucky but almost anywhere else.

Larry Brown is 75. How much longer will he go on? And with him goes the SMU 'program'.

IMO, the jury is still out on whether Ollie can keep UConn near the top nationally. He may have just been running on the fumes of the Calhoun era.
