Good for Chicago. Lots of building and lots of professional jobs moving to Chicago.

The scary thing is the $3.2 billion foreign investment. Outsiders building in Chicago.

Good old Eddie Burke and Mikey Madigan will be busy for years making millions lowering the taxes on the new buildings. They're happy, the foreign building owners are happy, and the Chicago taxpayers will get an increase in their taxes. Not sure if they'll be happy, though. But, hey, this is America - love it or leave it!! 01-france
