Robert Brown
Robert was on local radio several weeks ago and when he was asked what he wants to do when his playing career is finished he said he hopes to go into coaching. I don't know what the requirements are to be a graduate assistant or if UAB has any GA positions open, but I would love to see RB back on our bench in the future. I'm a big fan of RB, for the type of player he is on the court and the type of man he seems to be off.

RE: Robert Brown
I agree. I think he's got some basketball in him in the immediate future though.

RE: Robert Brown
The fact he almost made 1000 pts is amazing based on the depth of the teams he played on and how this team shares the ball. He will be missed

Brown is tied for 14th on most 3 pointers made with 128 threes. Tied with Eric Holmes (98-00) and PJ Arnold (00-02).
Brown finishes his career tied with Carter Long (90-94) and Quincy Taylor (2010-12) with 212 assists. Good for 22nd in UAB history.
Thank you Robert Brown for your leadership, your coolness under pressure, your shots when we absolutely needed them and the example you set for the younger players.
Apparently we need to recruit more two year players named Robert.
