Actually they're FCS and if we're lucky maybe we'll play in their 5k stadium for a playoff game. But yeah, the camellia bowl would suck, playing App St on national TV and all.

Dukes94, this topic has been discussed on other threads. That's why I posted, here we go again. I guess we'll just have to disagree on the direction of JMU football. See you this fall at BFS, but not for the Morehead St. and Central Connecticut State thrillers.

RE: Men's BB postseason play?
I think it was a great decision by JMU to decide against playing in the pay for play, CBI-CIT-Vegas16/8. If you are not good enough to make NCAA (68) or NIT (32).....that is 100 teams, it us probably best to just shut it down for the season and let the student-athletes fully concentrate on academics for the remainder of the Spring semester and not be distracted by meaningless tournaments.

I saw today that Richmond also declined on these tournaments.

Spatters only declined out of fear they might run into us. We declined because these tourneys are beneath us.03-thumbsup

Hofstra out in first round of NIT. 82-80 loss to GWU.

St Bons also out first round with a 8 seed upset of 1 seed, Wagner over St Bons 79-75.

VT moves on after beating Princeton in overtime, BYU will take care of them in second round tomorrow.

Good win for Bashir Mason and co. Would be nice to get him to Harrisonburg...

Bashir Mason would be great hire, but hes going higher level than caa and if he does come here will be gone in 2 years.

Maybe he could also end up at Drexel? agreed he is definitely high-major potential.

Depends on how our AD sees the program. If he wants a clean start then I doubt we offer Bashir. We absolutely have to interview him, but hopefully we go in a different direction. I think many of our fans feel this way.

Some of you, not to name any names, but having initials DN, want to complain about posters complaining, but love to feed their appetite.

Frankly, I don't care for the "over-the-top" bashing either, just that which is earned.
