NIT First Round: (4) Georgia Tech and (5) Houston
A remtach of a 1992 NCAA first round classic featuring at least 6-7 future NBA players, the game before the GT-USC and Harold Minor "Holy Mackarel" game.

The game Jon Barry ripped an underachieving UH squad. Hopefully we win this time.

It's @GT but still a very winnable game for the Coogs.

Naturally, this game was scheduled up against a Rockets game, both appearing on an ESPN network...naturally.

I guess it wasn't enough that not only nobody in the city, except me and a few diehards, are gonna be paying attention, but it's also compounded by the fact Michigan is going to be playing Tulsa at the exact same time, so no fan in the conference will be watching either.

Just go to a sports bar and watch all the games. It's March Madness, having multiple games on at the same time is part of the fun! Go Coogs!

You ask that when the Rockets are obviously more popular in Houston. The same could be said the Texans, who are infinitely more popular than UH football for some reason I'll be trying to figure out for the rest of my life.

Apparently a lot of people do. The Rockets would be worth rooting for if they actually gave a full effort.
