Actually, if "Every Dog Has His Day"; I figure there are going to be some days where your" Lion bites our little Blue Horse in the Butt!" Just hope we can keep the streak going for as long as possible.

Yeah, that's exactly right. "Whose" is the possessive form of "who." "Who's" is "who is." When you're asking to whom the empty Sue belongs you would say "whose Sue is empty."
