Still in Birmingham as I write this thank you note(leave early Sat.) and wanted to give all the B-ham and UAB folks a hearty WELL DONE!!!

The games were good.Food was great and people were helpful.Just not enough wins.

Highlights --The Fish Market(and music),BBQ,and the Gene Bartow bronze bust at Bartow arena.

Long live the spirit of Gene Bartow!!!

Congrats again on football's return!

TOPS-

That was a HIGH quality game today. If you look at the boxscore and then deeper at offensive efficiency numbers, that game today was at a very high level. I think ODU had a rating of 1.42, and that was after a first half where ODU played great ball but was still losing by three.

You guys win that game 19/20 times. Great effort by your boys. Good luck next season!

Let's build this. We will come to Bowling Green and y'all come to Birmingham. Last time I was in Bowling Green was when UAB was starting to click under Coach Clark way back when we had football.
Thanks for coming down and the nice review.

Always enjoy my visits to Birmingham. Great craft beer and great restaurants. Had a great dinner at Gianmarco's. Highly recommend.

Looking forward to coming down for a football game against UAB.
