It was an older Adidas hat, not a current Nike one. That appears to be his high school, not the UofM.

I agree with you on that. I am not a fan of the generic "M" as a logo on merchandise.

I wish we had nothing else to worry about other than the shade of blue or whether there is gray or not, but unfortunately, we have much bigger fish to fry in order to elevate the program. This type of stuff that you are always complaining about doesn't even move the needle.

I'd be surprised if Junior cares about college sports (truly cares about a program's outcomes, not something like signing an Ole Miss helmet as a favor or anything nominal like that), with the possible exception of Tar Heel basketball, because most NASCAR drivers have no real ties to colleges/universities. I think only two current Cup drivers (Newman, Purdue and Menard, Wisconsin-Eau Claire) are alumni at all of a university, and I'm pretty sure only Newman is a college graduate. Not a lot of reason to worry about attending college when you're racing since you're ten years old and race car drivers have a busy schedule. Not a lot of time to devote to watching other sports, really.

I agree if you pick like Helvetica. There are lots of font designs that would work. Take the 'D' of Duke for instance. That's all you need to see to know who it is.
