Janelle has smothered the claim that any player that starred under Uconn coach Geno could really coach. Goodness sakes, she doesn't appear to have any motivation or game skills to work with any players. I say CAN HER.

Maybe Coach Elliott is better at her job than we all think. She has been named to assist the U.S. Women's National Team.

She is on the staff because previously played for and coached for Geno Auriemma (the USA head coach) who is probably attempting to bring up her stature.

The Matildas are strongly fancied to give Australia's its best ever shot at a medal in the sport of football at the Rio Olympics in August. Perhaps they should be grateful there will be no under-16s boys' teams in their pool.

In a friendly match against the Newcastle Jets under-16 boys team on Wednesday, the Matildas were humbled 7-0. That's right, the team ranked fifth in FIFA's women's rankings were roughed up by a bunch of lads barely old enough to shave.

And the Newcastle Jets aren't even a respectable professional team to begin with. The A-League is probably outside the Top 20 leagues in the world at this point and they're mid-table and the Australian Women are the #5 team in the world at the moment.

I think Jamelle has been a disappointment and should be canned.

In terms of WBB and its popularity/attendance/money making capabilities, one only needs to look at South Carolina to see the potential.
