One good thing is to not mention Tulane.

I have been around southern miss for 30+ years and there has never been any mention of dropping football. But you guys did in fact years ago send out 5 tickets for every season ticket sold with a letter asking your people to give them away so we would not outnumber you in the dome. We were getting them out from under windshield wipers in the parking garage.
I dont mind saying this because you are number 2 on the asshat list only surpassed by the infamous 16.
Its funny that after"running" Bower off he just dropped almost a million on the school towards a new academic center for athletes.

Running Bower off cost USM an AAC spot.

He would have never let you guys nosedive like you did.

You paid a profound price.
Only price we paid was for this:

four years AFTER bower

What is that and why should anyone on this board GAF? Just curious.
Shouldn't you be at work dick riding uconn to get out off this board?

LOL, they're still talking about their crown achievement in school history while we are moving on to even more outstanding achievements. We just won the Peach Bowl, you can drop that fluke day now. You beat a coach who couldn't win a big game if he was playing Playstation.

No clue what that even means. Are you 12? No one on this board GAF about what USM has done or is doing. You do not fit in this conference, you have no money, no market, academics are a joke, should I go on? Good day to you sir.

Far from our crowning moment. But then again that coach was at the time the next coming of Lombardi and all your crap talking didnt give us a chance that day did it?
Youston got lucky one day in atlanta. You will be back at 5 to 6 wins in what 2 years?

Really?

Is SMiss the new Marshall on the AAC board? Can I start a single Tulane thread without y'all showing up? Did someone say their name three times?

You guys brag about it so much that it might as well be your crowning achievement. UH has done stuff like that before and since and is looking good to do more in the future. Tip of the cap, you had your day but you may never reach that level again or the level we're at now.

They wish so desperately they are in the AAC that they hijack every thread with their jealous hate speech. The truth is they will never ever be in the AAC. They were a burden on the old C-USA and they are a burden now. They could never compete with the AAC schools so all they talk about is one lucky win over Houston a million years ago. Let it go, accept your pathetic fate. Houston won the Peach Bowl, they have moved on to bigger and better things. I would bet a million dollars the athletic director and head football coach at Houston do not even know who Southern Miss is.

congrats on another dumb*** remark by you. I think there are plenty of people at houston who know who southern miss is. One of them happens to be a cousin of mine who was the dean of the honors college. His mom was a Southern Miss alum. Oh our ad was an associate at houston in the past.
Your post are about as truthful as watching Racheal maddow.

Glad to see the Golden Eagles righting the ship. Despite what this thread looks like, there are a good number of fans here that want to see USM winning regularly again.

Why not? Their Bball and fball coaches have Southland pedigree (former SHS coaches)... Why not get a SFA guy?
Well, here's one thing that gives some pause: Brand Underwood's SFA team, this year, led a game by 26 points, and lost......to Ed Conroy's Tulane.

SFA led that game 36-10, then Tulane came back to win 60-59.

In another game in late December, SFA led UAB 31-13 but wound up losing 76-66.

The 'Jacks have still had a very strong season (26-5 with the Southland Final tomorrow) but blowing huge leads seems to be a problem for them.
