The ball came his way at the end of the game in the end zone with the Bears down by six. Unfortunately the covering Titan LBer was draped all over him and he didn't have a chance. They should have tried him again because the Bears' WRs were dropping balls all over the place.

If I remember correctly Macey Brooks dropped a few TD pass opportunities for the Bears in 2000. Curtis Keaton also almost brought a Kick Return back for the Bengals in 2001 (64 yarder)... but since then yea we haven't had much of an offensive presence in NFL

Ravens will regret having played games with DB and letting him slip away on waivers. Go Daniel and Go Bears! This is just the beginning for DB!

I'm glad Daniel Brown was able to get exposure with the Ravens. They tend to like large possession receivers, and are loaded with young tight ends.

Brown's best opportunity to stick in the NFL was bulking up and playing tight end, but maybe not best opportunity with the Ravens.

Everyone wins in this situation.

I was hoping the announcers would say "james madison" for me, but I made sure to let everyone at the friends house know he was from JMU!

Another catch for Daniel today.

DB and JMU got some love from the announcers at the Bears game yesterday. I was flying back to Chicago from HBurg so didn't get to catch any of the game, but landed with texts from 3 different people watching the game letting me know DB and JMU got a shout out!

Brown with 2 catches so far today.

Now has 5 catches for 37 yards

Finished with 6 for 42. Great job DB!
