I think its going to be uncomfortable to him, because he could lose immunity by lying or being deceitful. (Senators are wanting a copy of his immunity agreement as well.)

Its bad for Clinton no matter what happens. If he refuses, he will be subpoened. And that looks bad. If he testifies, he is going to get hard questions that are public, and the answers will be damning for Clinton.
