even if NIU could use Marin on a few key possessions like free throw rebounds, guarding baseline out of bounds plays, or off a set play that doesn't require a lot of lateral movement, that could help win the game

I have a feeling NIU will see how the game goes Maric-less in the first 10 mins of the game, if they play well maybe rest Maric? If it doesn't go as well or its an even game or you are behind, maybe if Maric can play in a few spots it would help like someone mentioned. He obviously may not play at all, unfortunately WMU is a tough team to go against with gimpiness. LaMont is a beast.

Bill Baker and Carl Armato did the women's game last Saturday on ESPN3. The stream came off quite professional and polished. Even with Matt Rodewald (our usual announcer), our ESPN3 streams are very good.

Or, maybe I'm confused about what you really meant about the 'streams'?

The only thing I dont like about streaming is the audio, it always sounds kind of muffled and you really can't get a feel of the real environment. The streams have been good though.

Lackluster crowd. I know my friends who still attend the university said midterms are why they couldn't attend. What a bummer, the team deserves a good crowd. My alumni friends have the same old excuse, midweek/early week late night games are usually a bummer

Edit:i meant lackluster in numbers, the crowd that did show up seems engaged
