This is possibly the worst draw UAB could have gotten IMO.

1st game probably against WKU (bad matchup)
2nd possibly against La. Tech (lost @LT)

Potential here for UAB to get the exact same draw as last year for all 3 games.

Agreed. That is definitely the tougher side of the bracket especially since ODU and wkcc have been playing better down the stretch.

Bracket could not look any better for MT. 4 of our 5 loses went in the other side of the bracket. The other team with a bye on our side is limping in having lost 3 of 4 and almost losing to USM. UAB most likely will have to play the two teams that beat them this year. Granted anything can happen and we can get beat by anybody at any time but I think if CUSA let Kermit set the bracket himself this is what it would look like.
