Trump was set up last night.
Fox did a hit job on him helping the anti-Trump team. Pathetic.

Yep, as soon as I saw those slides go up, I knew they were going to go after him.

"to make Trump explain away his erratic positions and policy proposals."

It's their job. This is a serious position.

Those that can't handle (or cry foul on) the vetting process need not apply.

When someone is so stubborn (or such a con-artist) that you can't simply tell them that their numbers don't add up, you are left with putting them on slides for the world to see. I'm not usually a fan of Chris Wallace, but I appreciate what he did not allowing Trump to back peddle away from his phony numbers.

Personally, I can't wait to save nearly 4x more on prescription drugs than we actually spend on prescription drugs. Woo hoo!

Just for the record. In the Fox News debate that Trump skipped a few weeks ago because he had a hissy fit, the other candidates faced those video clips about their previous statements and were challenged to answer them. Trump faced them last night. It was only fair.

They gave Crubio a free pass by making this debate all about Trump.

Fox News did it in the debate Trump skipped. The other candidates were challenged very hard and they used video clips and data.

Good work Fox. He needed to be exposed. I thought they did a decent job at it...but...I have a feeling his supporters don't care. In fact...It probably now will just make them dig in harder.

Trump was set up for prosecution, I agree. Problem for him is he was likely convicted by the jury. I guess we'll see.

That's because you didn't watch the debate he skipped.

20-25% don't care. 10-15% can be peeled off the bandwagon. It happened in Oklahoma and if Super Tuesday was a day later it probably would have happened in Arkansas, Virginia, and Vermont as well.

I didn't. Trump had an event that might. They raised $6 million for the Vets.

Hopefully that was not another scam by the con-artist.

RE: Trump was set up last night.
The GOP is so desperate to take Trump down that they are willingly using all the ammunition that Hillary would normally have used in the general election. If Trump emerges largely unscathed, he will truly have become the Teflon Don. Nothing Hillary will bring up won't have been heard before, it'll all be stale and boring, she'll be talking about s**t people will have known about for over half a year at that point. On top of that, the Democrat base has pretty much already used its "Misogynist! Racist! Fascist!" nuclear option to little effect.

There will just be nothing left, Hillary will be playing defense the entire time while Trump publicly exhumes the mass grave in her closet.

And no making Cruz, Rubio or Kasich explain theirs? It was a "drive by' shooting on Trump.

I don't think anyone would have a problem with what they showed of Trump's numbers.. but why not do the same for the others in similar situations?

They showed a clip of Cruz saying he wanted illegal immigration reform and tried to misrepresent his stance on the Gang of 8 bill. Then after the debate Megyn Kelly told him she looked at every statement he ever made and couldn't find where he ever said he was for legalizing illegals. They were much more fair to Trump than that.
