That 31-5 only got us a 6th seed. We beat basically nobody that year. 3 short years later we cant even beat nobody. See Tulane, ECU, USF and UTA

At this level of coaching basketball Paz sucks at every single measurable except graduating players and staying out of trouble with the NCAA.

There are probably a lot of people that suck at coaching that could take care of these two items for way less than 2.65 M / year.

Before you mention recruiting look at what's happening lately and look at his player retention rate for the guys he's gotten in the past.

If you can't keep 'em and coach 'em what difference does it make who you signed up?
