The LT announcer is a native of Milton, WV, a small town just down the road from Huntington.

Regardless of the winner, this was one of the best games I've ever listened to on the radio. HELL OF A GAME MARSHALL!

Tech and Marshall seem to bring the best out of each other when they play! I wish we played more in football. The football championship game two years ago was a great game also.

^^^THIS!! Great game tonight between LA Tech and Marshall. Neither Hamilton (38 pts) or Kelly (27 pts?) disappointed tonight. Both players showed up big.

This game was GREAT on ASN TV tonight.

No doubt. Hamilton had one his best games ever as a Dawg. The way the game went back and forth and neither team willing to quit was insane. I wish I could have saw it on tv but the radio call was great! Dave Nitz was doing his best to keep up with this barn burner. Nitz said during his interview with Coach Konkol after the game that he took one big breath before the game started and didn't exhale until the game ended!

Yep. This was LA Tech's career winningest player's highest scoring game.

Hat's off Tech, what a game! I believe Hamilton could've scored 60 if he wanted to, just amazing. Heartbreaker for Herd fans but quite a privilege to watch it live. Great team you folks have and you seem to be peaking at the right time. GL in the tourney.
