Salinas sends the Frogs down in order in B1. And he looks like he's gotten decent stuff at this point.

I had the same question about Fox
Guess we've moved him to the Sunday position.

Getting squeezed big time. That ball 3 was strike 3

Salinas struggles in B2.
Gives up 3 walks. Including a Nuke Laloosh HBP off a TCU player's helmet and a rocket double off the RF wall and a single into RF.
Now 3-0 Frogs and the OG giving a mound lecture.

Early in the night but we appear to be living up to our billing as the 5th or 6th best program in the state.

Salinas totally confused on the mound as Frog steals second. Then gives up a single that scored 2.
5-0.
Mercifully the inning ends on a Keystone Cops put out at first. Froggie ruled out as he went way wine of the running lane

Camera work on the last two batters was terrible, but whatever happened to get it to 5-0 is enough for me to bail on this game. 5th or 6th best in Texas might be generous right now.

On the TV they said they called him safe, but got the out at 3rd. I thought he went out of the basepath

Our baseball program is in serious trouble. I'm with those who have already come out and said or implied it. This is not a slight against Coach.

We are so fortunate to have level of expectations that we do. But we now have to do something to preserve the level of play that gave rise to those expectations in the first place. Baseball is very much our calling card.

Agree. Tonight, so far, we look like we did in the first Arizona game. No energy. No clue.

Hunter K got a HBP, which seemed intentional to me in retaliation for Rice's HBP....a 2 out HBP with a 5 run lead would be the time
