I know our conference is easier than the OC schedule but quite the turnaround for the women right? It was bleak going into conference play. Reminds me of Rhoades last year.

The women really controlled the game except for one period in the 4thQ when Tech caught up but then the women pulled away. Very impressed by how much they have improved. Even not being the best shooters they consistently got the ball to open players and made the shots. With the players coming in the future looks bright. You can tell the players are having fun.

Slow start by the Owls. Evans is being really shadowed well and isn't getting a chance to drive the ball. On D we have given up multiple drives to the hoop by Tech. This is one team we don't match up with well at all. 22-9 with 11 to go in the half....the Owls are going to have to find a way to score and also keep Tech from driving.

Looks like they're finding some uncontested shots but not hitting them.

Just can't find any rhythm on offense and they are just pounding us on defense. They are able to do whatever they want on offense right now. 16 point lead...make that 18 pt lead and fouled....so far a Sr night whipping.

9 Turnovers to 3 is a large part of the problem. Egor has played well on both ends. His size is able to stand up against the Tech size.

41-26 at the half. Egor with 11, Evans 4, everyone else 2.

We looked totally overwhelmed in the first half; some bad decisions and a little home cookin' certainly didn't help.

Hoping for a more competitive second half...

16 for Egor...50-36 with just over 15 min to go.

Turnovers, inability to prevent second and third chances... Lots going wrong for us.

And the whipping continues. If it isn't a 3 it's a layup and a foul. Down by 24 now.

The S Miss was in sync but remember this is in Louisiana where time stands still. We have had numerous times where we have just fumbled the pass out of bounds. Going to be either a loud locker room after the game or a very quiet quickly dressing one. Staff doesn't look real thrilled at what is happening. Everyone but Egor looks a bit intimidated.

They're making it look real easy now.
