Why is Duplantier still in? He's obviously done.

Well we have now given up at least 1 run this inning without them getting a hit.

It was obvious the very first batter this inning that JD was done. Way too late to make a change, guys. Just pitiful decision making.

Not to go all Keith Law on the board, but how do you leave a guy out there for 106 pitches when it's the 2nd weekend of the season and he's had a history of injuries?

Esquivel gets pulled after giving up...nothing. Fly ball, run wasn't his.

Those two runs simply did not have to happen. What was the coaching staff thinking.

Two runs on no hits.

Not good at bats against their closer. Not sure where the offense is going to come from this year.

Not sure why Fox is in the lineup either. A) we need him pitching at the top of his game if we are going anywhere this year and B) he's a career .231 hitter including tonight with no speed and no power (and who also can't bunt...but that is not uncommon in our lineup.)
And I say that as a huge fan of his pitching. I just don't see it at the plate or in the field.

The breaking ball their closer throws to right handed hitters is absolutely filthy.

The difference in this game was how each team used their bullpen.
