No excuse
I don't know why we expect anything different but I mean come on where does CUSA get these referees? Calling travels when players don't move their feet (then missing obvious travels - by MT I might add), not checking for flagrant fouls when a player is elbowed in the face, calling a foul on a defender when the player with the ball pushes off, and letting pushes and shoves go uncalled on both sides? This is getting ridiculous. These refs are terrible and missing literally everything on both teams, not MT alone. How long do we have to put up with total idiots as our referees???

No excuses, and then a full paragraph about the refs?

My advice is to go train to be a ref. plenty of open spots for guys that never miss a call.

Believe it or not, I started to worry
I wondered if I had enough class
But it was Saturday night, I guess that makes it all right
And you say, "Baby, have you got enough gas?", Oh yeah

Baby, you're much too fast

Yeah no excuses for being so damn terrible. We lost the game because we played like absolute crap. There's a difference between just missing one here and there and missing every single freaking call and getting it right once in a while. It's just laughable lol both teams got so many bad calls. Whatever like I said I don't know why we expect much else

I'm with you on the officiating. It's like they are always shooting from the hip when making calls. You really never know what they're going to signal, and it's very frustrating! I'm happy with tonight't win, but I need to see it in more than a couple of spurts to believe in this team. MTSU will still be there in the end, so good luck to you guys. Nice to see us finally finish a game however!

Thank you for putting that into words. Very frustrating to watch this type of game from that standpoint. We made so many mistakes and WKU capitalized by making plays when needed. The better team clearly won tonight. I'm glad you have faith in us because right now I don't to be honest lol. I've seen enough so so effort to know when we have real problems and yup we have real problems. WKU has made improvements since our first game and we appear to have regressed. Not a good direction for us to be headed

Offensive pushoffs are the supreme enigma for officials in this conference. I see it time and time again.

Pushoff, pushoff, defensive foul.
Pushoff, pushoff, charge.
Clean drive?
Pushoff.

Kermit being Kermit as we get closer to March, this is his time of year to shine...I thought yesterday was one of the better officiated games I have watched....

Saw a really interesting call in the 49ers-UTSA game last night. UTSA player ran over a 49er defender that was clearly set, outside the semi circle, and never took a shot, but was awarded a 2 shot blocking foul.

I'd like to get a snapshot of my facial expressions when I see CUSA officiating. I just don't want anyone else seeing them.

I rarely agree with 518 on anything here, but I agree on both points.
