So this article takes us back over 6 years or so of recruiting. USF and CincI were considered to be a part of a power conference due to their days in the Big East so that ever age probably has to come down some. its interesting to see who is not out recruiting anybody but is on the expansion list.

Rough times for Boston College. They're looking at winless seasons in ACC conference play in both football and basketball this year.

I'm just happy we got a coach that doesn't make excuses about recruiting now. Went from the normal 70ish range to 40s.

It would be interesting if there is some stats showing any FCS schools picked up better athletes than some of the P5 schools like North Dakota State?

That's another reason (besides history, fan support, name, market, competitiveness, ect..) why I would think the AAC would look at BYU, Boise State, Marshall, and Southern Miss.

I'm not sure there are any surprises here. Also not sure what point the article is making. That some P5 schools aren't very good in football? We already knew that.

So USF outrecruits a lot of so called power programs (and I use that term lightly for these lower level programs). We already knew that.

To make matters worse. The best home grown talent always leaves the state.
