Until the Kentucky higher education budgeting issue is resolved, I doubt WKU will be announcing any big athletic capital projects. The new governor of KY is proposing a 9% cut next year to all higher education institutions. Academic programs could be in danger; I don't think a new athletic facility would go over well.
