It's good to see Hop getting a commit especially one with offers from 4 SEC schools. The key though is getting him to actually sign with us next February. We've had way too many in recent years commit to us only to change their mind in the days/weeks leading up to signing day. Great start though I agree.

Great start to what looks to be a great coaching staff...

No doubt about that. I must admit, this quote from him about his commitment isn't exactly what you want to read.

One good thing about getting a strong first commitment is "maybe" he can persuade other high rated recruits to join him here to where it hopefully snowballs in a good way similar to L-Fed's first class. Once he got DeAndre Brown it was followed by several more highly rated recruits to sign with us (granted some never made it to campus but the ones that did made it pay off)
