Congratulation to the men and the SMU women on their respective championships. Just curious as to why the ECU women struggle so much, while the men are having so much success. I know there is more competition on the women's side, but the same coach works with both teams correct?

I wasn't asking that to be a smart#$%. I didn't know and have always thought that having swim/dive teams made a program more "complete", especially for southern based universities.
