We always sit here and complain about officials and coaching decisions and all that, I thought it would be nice to share an article about one of our student-athletes, who from everything I have heard is just a great person.

Good story and article.

One thing that can be said about JUCOs, is that they are a 'get out of jail card' for frosh who feel they need to go a different direction.

They get to play that sophomore year and a chance to be re-recruited.

Willie Mangum, EMU SG, did that. Moved from D-I to JUCO and back to D-I as a junior.

In Conner's case he ended up at a higher level as a junior than he was as a frosh.

The only downside is the weather... but being from Chicago... He can deal with it. :)
