Defending AAC Champions ECU getting bids for
A new indoor babeball hitting facility. This was one of the first things Cliff was vocal about when hired here other than bringing back the jungle. I really think he can take ECU to the next level and haven't been this excited about baseball since the HBC was here

I see a way to kill two birds with one stone here. To get the type of support (money and people) he needs he should add in an indoor football facility into the design. Now you have the football AND baseball supporters going in on a project.

Does anyone else have one already? Could you please post any pics or what you currently use as I haven't seen any renderings?

I love seeing all the dollars being invested in athletics at member schools. That's just one reason this conference will continue to be the top G5 conference.

That is my understanding too. I think this one would be higher class and basically would be a building down the RF line.

This. This. This. I feel like a combined facility would be more bang for your buck....

We got a basketball coach too, wouldn't you rather have a better one?

Yes, we do have one under the stadium. My son has used it.

And if it's down the RF line they can also merge it with the current outdoor facility and/or have an overhanging patio for the coaches and any filming equipment (esp if they need ground/parking space)

Whoa! I saw the Thread subject line and thought maybe ECU was in line for a bid to the "Bottom Feeders Invitational Basketball Tourney".

Why do Cincy fans always try to switch baseball topics to basketball...oh right cause they are horrible at baseball...

I find their five fans more annoying and more egotistical than Kanye west. Everytime football and baseball are talked about the small fries come out in full force. It happens so much I am starting to find it comical. I say we should kick them to the curb and let them join the big east with football only to the Mac with their peers
