I really dislike Jon Barry as an announcer for our games.

Griz win 112-95

The final 3-4 minutes was some of the worst Bball I've ever seen.

It started in game #6 where we eliminated the Clippers in 2013. If you remember near the end of the game, which wasn't in doubt, Chris Paul deliberately just shoved Marc Gasol knowing Joey Crawford would toss him and he wouldn't have to go through the post series handshake line. Barry's take was 'Gasol flopped'. Last year he had the call for the Warriors-Grizz game #3, which we won to go up 2-1. The entire game was a Warriors lovefest and absolutely no credit was given to the Grizz anytime during the game, even though it was pretty much a double digit wire to wire win. Yes Jon, we know your dad played for the Warriors. In all fairness I know the Warriors fans were upset with Hubie Brown calling the later games saying Hubie was 'pro Memphis'. Tonight at the start of the 2nd half Barry talked about how the Grizz were going to miss Gasol 'out with a season ending knee injury'. Maybe he just misspoke but he never seems to do his homework when he gets a Grizz game.
As for tonight it was nice to see the Grizz just beat somebody's butt on national tv.

Maybe Gasol's importance to the Grizz is overrated?

The offense slows down when it runs through him. He thinks too much instead of playing freely. Heck even ZBo is out there busting treys now and shooting more mid rangers.
