I was looking at the season ticket/reseating timeline on gotigersgo.com, and it notes that on Feb. 17th, "Communications #2 Emails Sent (Includes Appointment/Priority/Response Card)".

My seats were impacted, and I received the first notification email, but I didn't receive this second email. Did anyone else receiveit? Thanks in advance.

I haven't received an email either. We only donate $1,000/year, so I assume there are others getting their emails before me. I'll probably call next week if I haven't heard anything.

I gotcha - I was thinking this email communication was an "all at once" type of an email that would go to everyone impacted/needing to go through the seat selection process. I'll keep an eye out too, hopefully it'll come through sooner rather than later.

From the email they sent on February 9th:

Quote:You will receive a follow-up letter in mid-February with your appointment time to select your seats. This will be based on your giving level and priority point ranking within that level. If you are not a TSF donor, the appointment time will be based on your longevity as a season ticket holder, which is inclusive in our priority points system. You will have the option of selecting new seats in-person at the Penny Hardaway Hall of Fame or over the phone. If you choose not to respond, we will automatically select the best available seats nearest to your current season ticket location.

You know.. rereading the timeline, it looks like you're right. Yesterday was apparently their timeline for sending out the emails. I guess I'll call to ask why it hasn't gone out.

I talked to Esther in Development (who I am a huge fan of.) She said they decided to mail out physical letters first, and they went out yesterday. She said the email will be sent tomorrow. :-)

Physical letters went out Thursday and the email is coming Friday.

I was told directly by the athletic department that emails were supposed to go out today - instead I got a newsletter with TSF payment options and info about the seat backs - but no date for seat selection.

I've had my football seats in for years - and even contribute heavily to TSF - and am going to be pissed if this gets screwed up

Considering half the emails were sent to the wrong people, I'd say the odds are high...

Got the physical mail with appointment time. Of course I have a business trip the same date.

To keep my seats my price goes up 400%. Which is dumb, because my section has never been half full. I expected a hike, but not that much.

Feels wrong after supporting a mostly poor product all these years. There should be a grandfather clause. I'm quite sure they don't care.

Clearly nobody is dying to have my seats. So my section will be pretty empty I'm guessing. Or will be first come first serve for folks moving down. I know none of my neighbors are going to accept that kind of hike. And neither are we.

Always thought it was pretty dumb to have seat selections on weekdays/workdays

She is the only reliable one in that department.
