OK, that's one vote. 8 more to go. Terry Mohajir just moved up a lot of places on my list of favorite people.

He also wanted NMSU as a full member...but that didn't happen either.

I really enjoy hearing Mohajir doing interviews.

Well, its been well known that Arkansas State is a full supporter of NMSU all sports.

Yeah, I was pretty much counting on him already. If we weren't getting StAte's vote we obviously wouldn't stand the slightest chance. I'd feel a lot better if these comments were coming from Georgia St. or someplace like that. Still, a vote is a vote.

If ULM, Texas St UALR Louisiana UTA and Ark St want NMSU and Idaho to continue in the Belt I could see the eastern members convinced to go along provided it is ONLY for football which I would expect is the plan.

If they are extended they will be playing Texas St Louisiana ULM and Ark St in football every year (provided they are in the Western division). The eastern schools would I assume only be playing them on the average every other year. If the western schools want them to stay I could see the eastern schools being willing to go along.

In order for an extension to occur most of the eastern schools will have to be convinced to go along
