If it were peaches and roses like they say, the NOA would be released to the media already instead of being in the possession of a lawyer and not subject to FOIA requests.

Exactly. Innocent people do what they can to get their name cleared. They don't hide information that shows they are innocent.

Again I want to ask, how do you know this?

I just do.

If new football allegations come in an addendum or 2nd NOA...then all bets are off. If what we know today is all there is to it...OM will get a slap on the wrist.
