My Grandmother, having a heart attack had to wait so long in fort erie Ontario that her friend puther back into a car, drove over the peace bridge, and hit up a hospital in the US...

We have our form of universal, government-managed health care in the US with the VA, where you get a cane and some Tylenol instead of a knee replacement, and that's assuming that you ever actually get in the door for an appointment.
