Wink Split Road Trip
Most of the time, no, make that virtually all of the time, fans would be grateful for a split on a two game road trip. But it appears that some of our fans are so unrealistic to not understand how really good a road split is, especially against two of the best teams in the league. I'm feeling really good about our team's road trip this week!

RE: Split Road Trip
This is a good team, but we are not UCLA from the 1960s and 70s. We are going to lose a few. It would have been very nice to have remained in the bubble discussion, but with our schedule that is not realistic.

See what I mean? After tonight's road win, Little Rock has an RPI of 52. Definitely in At Large consideration territory.

Split Road Trip
The split works as it's going to be hard to get caught for the auto nit bid at this point.

If we win out and have a run in the sbc that falls short of the ncaa, we should get great seeding in the nit and a couple of home games.

Last night may have been the essential win to get the automatic to the NIT if necessary. However, with our record, especially our road record, RPI, etc., an NIT at large bid is fairly likely even if we didn't get the automatic. However, let's hope this is all academic and we are just waiting to see where we go in the NCAAs on Selection Sunday!
