When asked about this discrepancy, Hope Hicks, a spokeswoman for the Trump campaign, disputed the accuracy of the information and declined to comment further.

Asked weeks ago about the timing of disbursements a day after the Des Moines fundraiser in January, Ms. Hicks said the money would be given out speedily. “As the money is distributed over the next few days we will keep you informed of the distribution process,” she said.
