Well no, that's the point of rating indices. They're not supposed to incorporate any form of subjective measures (i.e., eye tests) but rely on the basis of the objective measures that make up its methodology.

Never mind, found it: Army, Bill and Mary, Citadel, St Francis (NY)

Bill and Mary gets a pass, they are coed, which makes it hard to compete, and there's only two of them, which makes it really hard.
