Well, we need to get some strong recruiters, esp. to replace Coach Z.

I got the feeling Dee was hired to assist with 757 coaches and getting to know the other coaches. Hoepfully him and Coach Z find some other work and are successful.

We had to do something as our special teams weren't so special. Except for the call where Plisco flipped the field, we usually came up short.

same for Cotton when he was here.

They coached O line and special teams. Hope BW has some one lined up for these jobs.

We need a strong recruiter locally. This recruiting class was weak. I am hoping for chip west as well and a strong FBS quality O line recruiter and coach.

I would love to see chip West back. Has he already singed somewhere else?

Last I knew, Chip was not working for anyone else and I had heard that he and his family would not mind being back in this area.

That sounds promising.

We don't need a High School or FCS coach. Go after the leftovers that some of the other upper G5 and lower level P5 have let go!

I really hope you don't believe that. We would have lost a few recruits had we let go of Z earlier. He does a very good job recruiting ODU in the NE, especially NJ.

I know it was a tough recruiting year but did not expect to lose Coach Z. He has been a huge force for the North East recruiting. Hope BW has a great replacement in mind.
Not that surprised by BD leaving. Our O-line has not lived up to expectations. Even with a number of lost players. Expect him to land on his feet at a HS soon.

Everyone complains about our recruiting classes and then complains when we fire a coach because "he was a great recruiter."
