Iowa Democratic Party finds "discrepencies" in results, narrows Clinton's lead
My understanding is they reviewed the results of 14 precincts, and 5 were misreported. It's unclear whether they will do the same for all the other precincts, or whether they will ever release the popular vote. My guess is probably not. I'm surprised they even did this.

Quote:The Iowa Democratic Party on Sunday updated the results of the Iowa caucuses after discovering discrepancies in the tallies at five precincts, but the final outcome remains unchanged.
Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton still places first in the caucuses with 700.47 state delegate equivalents, or 49.84 percent, the party said in a statement.
Primary rival Bernie Sanders comes in second with 696.92 state delegate equivalents, or 49.59 percent.
The total net change gives Sanders an additional 0.1053 state delegate equivalents and strips Clinton of 0.122 state delegate equivalents.
This caucus system is a joke. I've seen it firsthand, and I've heard some pretty bad stories secondhand.

RE: Iowa Democratic Party finds "discrepencies" in results, narrows Clinton's lead
47 states are less demographically favorable to Sanders than Iowa, and he couldn't even win Iowa. No amount of faux-optimism or moral victories about how close'r' his loss really was is going to change that.

RE: Iowa Democratic Party finds "discrepencies" in results, narrows Clinton's lead
The head of the Iowa democratic party apparently drives around in a car with the license plate HRC2016.
Bernie is not going to win Iowa.
He is also not going to be allowed to win the nomination.
You liberals just need to get used to the fact that your own party WILL NOT allow it to happen. Its a coronation. The fix is, and always was, in.
