Tulsa missed a lot of wide open shots the last game. If they want to win they will need to attack the basket in my opinion. I like Tulsa here, but hope my Coogs can find a way to get the W.
The TU/Houston series always provides a great game. The two cities have a lot in common and the schools too. This was the 49th meeting in MBB which started in 1951. I was surprised to find out that TU actually leads the series (now) 27 to 22. Houston seems to be as hard to beat in their venue as we in ours. But both games were very similar with different outcomes - Houston hitting their threes in the first game and us in the second.
So much fun. Too bad it had to be on Super Bowl Sunday. Good luck to the Cougars from here on.

TU certainly has a chance to make a run through the tournament. This team did it a couple of years ago in the C-USA tournament. Hopefully we are competitive at the right time.
