Speaking of star athletes in turmoil over domestic assault (I started the OJ CTE thread), breaking local news talked of Johnny Manziel being in trouble for striking his girlfriend repeatedly.

He may be out of football within a few years if he gets into any more controversy.

No one else would get "a few more years...."

I don't mean in the NFL, I mean, arena, Canadian, heck they may not let him play Rugby or Australian rules.

My statement stands...

Ryan Leaf II

At least Ryan Leaf could have become great. Johnny was great in college but he didn't have the size and his speed was neutralized in the NFL. You see how long he lasted in the draft. Even a hometown connection team desperate for a QB passed on him.

His father told the Dallas Morning News that if his son doesn't get help he is afraid he will not live to see his 24th Birthday.

Also Manziel agent just dropped him this morning

The father should have done more parenting and I don't feel sorry for Johnny Barstool.

You know its bad when your agent drops you. That does not happen very often.
