Is it just me or does it seem like Pastners positivity is very shallow.

He seems to handle his players in a very negative way.

You miss too many shots...bench
You have a bad attitude... bench or suspension

If you aren't THE star he doesn't show much confidence in you

The way he did Joe was not postivity based.

I dunno how anyone weathered that but JJ did. At the time, some fans thought he was trying to protect JJ from the ire of Memphis fans.

It was pretty awfulsome to watch the back and forth of JJ crouching at the scorer's table

Only idiots say he is positive. Its his persona. His way of selling himself.

On the inside, he is an insecure, negative inept person. He was very driven. I will give him that. But he seems less driven now that he has money

Josh does a great job handling the negativity. He's a professional and a heck of a guy. I hope they win out......

I doubt we will ever know how many people authorized that contract and all the reasoning behind it, since none are speaking up. I guess Pastner, the up and coming young coach, was 3/4 out the door.
