As I recall, our strength and conditioning coach was light years ahead of every other teams. So much so that we would win games pretty much solely on being in better shape than the opposition. #lifechanger #maskedassassin #hetrainedblakegriffin

Now, I don't recall a single thread about Evarist Akujobi this entire season. Is Mr. Akujobi that much worse than the lifechanger? Or were people just so enamored with the ridiculousness that they were willing to believe we had a serious competitive edge over other teams?

Remember when Josh was going to help our starts by moving the pre game meal earlier and changing our shoot around time?

So, what does he plan to change?
“There’s a lot of little things. I’m talking even to the pregame meal. Are we doing right in the pregame meal? What could we do different in that? Every little detail. Let’s talk about what did I do last year that wasn’t right that we can make adjustments to this year? We talked about rotations. … How are we traveling? Little things like that. What time do we get there the night before games? What time do we show up to the game — we usually have two buses — if the game’s at 7, we might have one bus leave at 4 and the second bus leave at 4:30. Are we getting anything out of the guys being there at 4 o’clock? Is it wearing the guys out — too much of warmups? Shoot around — are we getting enough shots in a shoot around? Last year, I did all our shoot-arounds at FedExForum, where as the years before I did them at the Finch Center.”

+3 if you didn't have to google his name before you spelled it.

I was exposed to toxic waste, which had the side effect of giving me the ability to spell pretty much anything. #getalife

Like George Costanza.

JAY: Hi, Jay Crespi.

JERRY: Hello.

GEORGE: Uh, C-R-E-S-P-I?

JAY: That's right.

GEORGE: I'm unbelievable at spelling last names. Give me a last name.

I liked Frank a lot...for awhile.
