Looks like they come when they don't have anything else to do. Saturday night must be date night.

I think the guys at assisted living were looking for the white haired guy. He was clueless!

That's Ben Marcus, not Marcus Johnson, Jr. Could get confusion. Ben made a nice little hook shot in the lane for his first basket. Great to see him get a little productive time.04-cheers

That was my wife's first question- where are the students? Years ago, I would have said they were watching the hogs on TV, but I don' think that's an issue at this point in time.

While the students are a hundred per cent better than they have ever been, even when they come, most other than the frat boys, sit on their asses and look at their phones. They haven't learned to be "real" fans yet.

That's what these smart phones have done to that generation. Haven't you noticed when they go to a restaurant together that they don't converse with the humans at the table with them, they are all individually immersed in their smart phones.

Virtual human beings? Not a good trend.

RE: USA game and postgame thread
It's just a shame that when the guys on the road they have to deal with hostile student sections like they will at ULM and ULL yet they don't have many students in the rock that are willing to show up and try to have an effect on the game. Wake up students you have a great division 1 basketball program right under your nose. Same can be said for the women's team too.
